I was disappointed.
Disappointed there was NO internal memory and NO memory stick to make up for it. (It was only ready to use if you would dock your camera to display current photos.)
Disappointed it was so small. Thought it would be bigger. I guess the touch screen options took up space I didn’t account for.
On a side note, the ones I gave it to LOVE it but had never seen nor heard of a digital frame.
It works well and I donated a memory stick to the recipient. So, yeah..they like it.

Within a couple of days of buying the item for $44, it was priced at $29. Amazon should have some 30-day window to refund the difference if the price is cut drastically. I also do not know if the price was different (higher) because I was signed in when I bought the item. I am giving it as a baby gift, so I hope it works properly.
Update: The unit works well as once the SD card in put in, the slide show starts. The picture is good only at the highest brightness. The touch buttons are a little clumsy to use but there are not many choices either to be concerned about. The SD card is a separate cost – about $10 for a 2-4GB memory. The friends I gave the frame to like it and that is what counts.

I have never written a review before, but I felt I should write this after reading the other reviews and those were what convinced me to buy this frame. First, it was on a “deal of the day” and it was a terrific price. $39.99. It came well packaged and after all it is a “Kodak”. The instructions that are in the booklet are vague. It took me 6 go throughs to even get the gist of what I was supposed to do. If it had not been for a previous review, I would have thrown the whole kit and kaboodle in the trash. I am not computer literate. This package convinced me that in order to use this frame I had to download the enclosed software to make it work. WRONG. You don’t need to download any software to make this work. Buy a compatible sandisk or whatever for your computer, copy your pictures from your computer, stick the disk into the frame and it works. Here is the big information point DON’T STICK THE DISK INTO THE FRAME BACKWARDS LIKE I DID!!!. I know, that is really not smart, buy hey, I’m an old lady and no instructions told me which side to insert where. Even after all my forced entries and retrievals, the disk still worked, the frame is working beautifully and I’m very happy. Now, I want a larger frame. This was just an experiment to see if I could make it work. I’m going to go through boxes of old photos and do some scanning and editing and soon my whole picture history will be on a tiny little thing a ma bob.

I bought this as a gift for my wife, so she could use it at her work to show off our pictures.
As soon as I plugged it in, the picture frame made a horrible high-pitched noise, when my wife heard it she said “No way I can use this in my office” because it would annoy people.
I returned it for refund.
I will never buy a Kodak product again because of this.

The frame displays images very well of course that depends on the quality of the pictures you took. The enclosed software is for windows computers, but you can go to Kodak’s site and download the MAC version.
