I really like Viewsonic products as i have a few monitors and other gadgets. I bought this frame and it came with a bunch of broken pixels and/or hardware. The frame started but had streaks of pixels did not match the photo. I am sure it is just a fluke and i still trust viewsonic. I returned and got a Kodak frame instead. I actually like the Kodak frame front “touch” screen. The Viewsonic had weird behind the frame buttons that were awkward. The Kodak has way less internal memory and the software is wacky. I guess no one can make a reasonably priced quality Digi-Frame.

I returned another model frame because the resolution was awful. Got this one hoping for an improvement and I got it. Great resolution on this model. Setup is easy whether you use an SD card or copy direct from your PC to the frame via USB. It has a small internal rechargeable battery, so after I unplug it when it’s not being used, the time/date are still set when I turn it back on. This is a great frame at a great price for it’s size.

Researched different sites looking for a medium sized frame at a good price–which is exactly what I found on Amazon. The directions were clear and loading the pictures was extremely easy. Very pleased.

I bought the frame for my mom, who likes to change out her photos often. I liked that you could use a USB line to load the pictures, it was very easy to figure out. I also liked that you could set a timer as well as utilize it in a clock. For the price it was a great deal!

I would have given this frame 5 stars except for the fact that the frame is widescreen and it stretches your picture to fill the screen. You can change this to have the appropiate size, when you do you will have black bars on each side. It still looks fabulous and I love the ease of use and the crispness of the image. However, your image is smaller than you might think you are getting. Overall, it is a fabulous looking frame with clear sharp images. I have had a viewsonic monitor for years and have always been happy with their quality. This is the first digital frame I have purchased from them and it also has outstanding quality. Very happy with this purchase.
